Located just 4 kilometers away from Binissalem, our estate sits in an idyllic countryside setting filled with authentic island character. The roots of this magical place trace back to the times of the Moorish occupation, when it was established as a traditional farmhouse (alquería). Fast forward through centuries of history, and in the late 1960s, the estate was bought and beautifully restored, carefully preserving its historical architecture to turn it into an absolute hidden gem.
Today, Biniagual is much more than a standard vineyard; it is a small, enchanting **hamlet (llogaret)** that looks straight out of a fairy tale. This expansive, eco-friendly agricultural estate covers 170 hectares of land, featuring a private village of 14 traditional houses, its own historic chapel, a time-honored wine cellar, and a majestic wine bar perfectly blended into the rural landscape. Our core philosophy is that great wine is crafted in the vineyard, not in a lab. Because of this, we manage our 34 hectares of vines using strict organic methods, where the indigenous Mallorcan varieties Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc take center stage, blending with international grapes to produce remarkable, honest wines with a distinctive Mediterranean touch.
Right in the heart of this lovely village lies our cozy Wine Bar (Vinoteca), the ultimate spot to escape the rush of daily life.
