Step right into our daily winemaking rhythm with a fully guided visit to our modern production facility and the surrounding vineyards. You will discover our hands-on philosophy: we firmly believe that excellent wine is born by loving the vines in the fields, not inside a laboratory. After learning about the eco-friendly winemaking process, we will take a guided walk together through the most charming corners of the historic Biniagual village.
To top off the day in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, we will gather at the Wine Bar for a commented tasting of our signature Mediterranean wines. Because great wine deserves great food, we pair the glasses with a complete selection of local delicacies: fresh bread, our premium estate olive oil, olives, savory local cocas, traditional cold cuts, artisan Mallorcan cheese, and freshly cooked potato omelet.
