Microceller Son Crespí
At the Passatemps estate in Santa María del Camí, the Crespí family has worked the land since 1528. Almost five centuries later, that same place is home to Microceller Son Crespí, the project through which Pere and Neus chose to make wine their own way: small in scale, unhurried and attentive to every detail.
The "micro" is no accident. The goal here isn't to produce a lot, but to do it well: few bottles, plenty of care and a deep respect for an estate that has stayed in the same family for generations. They work with grapes that speak of where they come from —Manto Negro and Pinot Noir for the reds, Prensal and Muscat for the whites— to craft wines with the character of Mallorca and the mark of a place with history.
Visiting Son Crespí is more than stopping by another winery. It's stepping into a real Mallorcan estate, surrounded by vines, and discovering how a family name nearly 500 years old still lives on in every glass. Pere and Neus welcome you as they would into their own home: with no rush, eager to share their story and to send you off with something more than just a bottle.
