Their story is a passionate tribute to local agriculture: when European subsidies encouraged pulling up old island vines, this family chose the opposite path, restoring the Monastrell grape variety to craft vibrant wines with a true sense of place. Proudly belonging to the Pla i Llevant Denomination of Origin, Can Coleto focuses on micro-production, yielding only around 18,000 liters per year.
