Bodega Vidal Serra
Bodegues Vidal Serra is a small, family-run boutique winery founded in 2020 by brothers Rafel and Josep Vidal in the village of Santa Eugènia, in the heart of Mallorca.
As third-generation viticulturists, the family manages around 20 hectares of vineyards spread between Santa Eugènia and Santa María. All their wines are certified under the Protected Geographical Indication Vi de la Terra Mallorca.
With a limited and artisanal annual production of around 12,000 bottles, they craft three main wines blending local and international grape varieties: the crisp white wine Maria Serra (Prensal Blanc, Muscat, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc), the fresh rosé Xafarder (Syrah and Merlot), and the aged red wine Dièresi (Manto Negro and Merlot, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels). They also produce a special limited-edition aged white wine called 5cents.
The winery welcomes visitors by appointment for wine tourism experiences and exclusive wine tastings hosted by the founding brothers, offering a unique insight into Mallorca's authentic winemaking heritage in the Raiguer region.
