Son Juliana was created by Günther Zimmer in 2013 with the aim of making wine without having experience in the sector.

They currently produce nine different grape varieties on an area of seven hectares.

They apply natural cultivation methods, both in the cultivation and in the aging of the wines. They renounce the use of chemicals in crops.

The winery is committed to vinification with the latest technology in order to control and direct the various winemaking processes.

The energy needed to produce comes from solar and wind energy of our own production.

The goal of this young winery is to produce superior quality and natural wines, with a typical Majorcan note.
