At Gourmet Experience Mallorca, we started with a very clear vision: bringing two food-loving friends together to create unforgettable moments around a dinner table. We steer completely clear of the snobbish pretense often surrounding the wine world to offer a warm, down-to-earth project that welcomes anyone ready to enjoy real food.
Our experiences take place at Ca'n Salas, a stunning and historic traditional Mallorcan country house in Pollença that has belonged to the same family for over a century. We are not a standard restaurant; we never mix bookings, meaning we open the entire estate exclusively for your private group (minimum of 4 people) so you can feel truly at home. Surrounded by local fruit trees and a small aromatic herb garden used directly in our recipes, it is the perfect setting to laugh, toast, and enjoy top-tier dining in authentic Mallorca.
