We will start by welcoming you to the Biniagual Wine Bar (Vinoteca), where we will share the history of the winery, the secrets behind our native grape varieties, and our traditional winemaking methods in a fun, simple way—completely snob-free. Afterwards, you are free to enjoy a pleasant, unhurried stroll along the beautiful cobblestone streets of our fairy-tale hamlet.
The best part takes place back at the Wine Bar, where you will enjoy a curated tasting of our estate-grown wines. To match the drinks, we serve a generous platter of authentic local Mallorcan products: fresh bread, our own Oli Finca Biniagual extra virgin olive oil, estate olives, traditional savory cocas, artisan cold cuts, local cheeses, and a delicious homemade Spanish potato omelet (tortilla de patata). It is the perfect finger food to enjoy wine in a fantastic, casual setting!
