Fiesta Winedays 2022 en el Claustre de Sant Francesc
The music and magic of the Cloister will accompany the wine and gastronomy in this «Fiesta».
Wine tasting from 10 DO Binissalem wineries: Antonio Nadal Ros Bodegas & Viñedos, Bodegas José L Ferrer, Jaume de Puntiró, Vins Nadal, Vinyes i Vins Ca Sa Padrina, Can Ramis, Vinya Taujana, Celler Sebastià Pastor, Bodega Santa Catarina and Can Fumat. Additional wine tastings, directly at the winery stands. The gastronomy will be offered by 5 chefs: Cati Pons, Marta Rosselló, Koldo Royo & Pinxo and Juan Pinel who will prepare "4 signature tapas" with quality products (PDO/PGI) from the Balearic Islands:
PGI Ensaïmada from Mallorca, PGI Sobrassada from Mallorca, DO Oli from Mallorca, DO Oliva from Mallorca, DO Queso Mahón-Menorca and PGI Ametlla from Mallorca.
