The name of the winery comes from the old Renaissance watchtower of Cap Andritxol, a defense tower built in the s. XVI to defend against the invasions of the Turkish and Barbary corsairs.

The winery is consolidating thanks to its collaboration with island producers, learning day by day the local viticulture system and at the same time acquiring land to be able to have its own vineyards.
